WHY I CHOSE THIS CAREER...
My father is an entrepreneur and businessman who felt it best to instill valuable life principles and business savvy as early as possible in his four daughters. By age two, my identical twin and I learned how to be still and be professional when clients were meeting with my dad, and by age four I answered my first business call!
When I was six, I was able to attend my first GTD (Getting Things Done) seminar with my father and was fascinated by the business world and the idea of becoming a part of a collaborative team. I liked the challenge of creating something new and the goal of helping people to the best of my ability.
In college, I started working for the school with their budgets, expenses, and reconciliations. I found that I thoroughly enjoyed working with the numbers and trying to do my best to preserve the resources I had been given while making sure that the college received the most benefit from the funds we spent.
Those experiences, along with many others, gave me a passion for helping people and a love for detail. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team at Criterion that puts the client’s first and makes their focus serving others.
WHEN I’M NOT AT WORK YOU’LL FIND ME…
Spending time with my wonderful husband and family, walking, cooking, playing in an orchestra, teaching and writing music, and working on various DIY projects – just to name a few. Life outside of work is often very busy and very blessed.
