DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
WHY I CHOSE THIS CAREER...
My great grandparents were very affluent back in the 1930s and after the Great Depression things drastically changed for them as they lost all of their fortune. My father taught the family the importance of appreciating our monetary gifts as well as protecting them, “as you never know when life will throw you a curve ball”. Additionally, I have learned the value of good customer service and dedication from my father-in-law who owns a local appliance store. He has always stressed the importance of keeping the business within our own community. His small business is a very successful one because of the excellent customer service he provides.
As a California native, I grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and being a part of the Criterion team allows me the opportunity to work close to home and build connections with people in the area. I enjoy expanding my knowledge and learning new skills regularly to help provide a heartfelt, personal client experience. My fellow coworkers constantly amaze me with their diverse wealth of knowledge. I seize the daily opportunities to learn.
WHEN I’M NOT AT WORK YOU’LL FIND ME…
Spending time with family and friends. You’ll typically find us at church, the beach or taking our dog on long walks through our neighborhood. I also enjoy doing graphic design, gardening and training at the gym. I recently completed my first Spartan race and look forward to my next challenge.
ONE OF MY FAVORITE QUOTES...
